Refund Policy
Effective date: July 16, 2026
This policy covers refunds for the Pro subscription to eBay Reseller Toolkit ($5.99/month or $49/year). Payments are billed and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every Pro purchase — Paddle, not us directly, handles your card charge, applicable sales tax/VAT, and the mechanics of issuing any approved refund.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're a first-time Pro subscriber and it's not working out for you, we'll approve a full refund of your first payment (monthly or annual) if you request it within 14 days of that purchase — no lengthy justification required. This applies to your first Pro purchase; it is not a recurring guarantee on every renewal charge.
2. How to request a refund
- Email dadiyuhuang88@gmail.com with the email address you purchased under (or your Paddle order/receipt ID), and let us know you'd like a refund. We aim to respond within a few business days.
- You can also request a refund directly through Paddle, using the link in your Paddle payment receipt/confirmation email, since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for the transaction.
Once a refund is approved, Paddle processes the actual refund back to your original payment method. Refund timing to your bank or card depends on your payment provider and is outside our control, but is typically a few business days.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals — you will not be charged again — but it does not, by itself, refund the current billing period you've already paid for. You keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for, then the subscription simply does not renew.
If you want a refund of the current period in addition to cancelling (for example, because you're within the 14-day window in §1), say so explicitly when you contact us or Paddle — cancellation and refund are two separate requests.
4. After the 14-day window
Outside the first-purchase 14-day window, refunds for renewal charges are considered case by case — for example, a clear billing error, a duplicate charge, or a technical issue on our end that we couldn't resolve. Simply forgetting to cancel before a renewal is not, by itself, grounds for an automatic refund, but reach out anyway — we'd rather hear from you than have you dispute the charge with your bank.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing question or believe you were charged in error, please contact us or Paddle first so we can resolve it directly. Chargebacks filed with your bank without giving us a chance to help can delay resolution and may result in your Pro access being suspended while the dispute is investigated by Paddle.
